Job Description:Great Pay to $70KDescription:The successful candidate Must be skilled in Linux, WinCE, Visual C++, kernel debug Must have good analytical methodical approach to problem solving. Must have good customer communication skills, written and spoken. Also good listening skills. Must be able learn and adapt quickly. Also be resourceful in research and building good team contacts. Responsibilities:Facilitates technical support in the selling process (pare-sales) & after sales (post-sales) in the Embedded Computer product group. Learn and support other networking products and technologies.Assists in the defining and recommending appropriate solutions to meet customer needs for installing and programming products.Facilitates Technical Support in the delivering of professional services and participates in the implementation of programs within their technical segment.Meet Technical Support Department goals in providing customer satisfaction for support on products. Provide competitor analysis of technical support capabilities and services Manages packaged presentations and conducts demonstrations on products and services.Ensure the maintenance of all testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good condition.Conducts training for Technical Support team and company colleaguesPerforms function verification test of customized S/W, H/W and projects.Prepares and presents Support Certification training materials for regional events..Performs RMA product testing and reporting. Helps with internal technical support for in-house computer systems, personal computers, communication media, software and server related items to related employees.Prepares packaged presentations and conducts demonstrations on internal technological requirements.Requirements: Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification of experience and education. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Spanish,Portuguese, and Chinese as a second language is huge plus.2-5 years working experience in a customer or technical service position. .2 year working experience in an Information Technology position. Experience working in the device networking and automation industry is a plus.Ability to use technical knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions.Good interpersonal & communication skills.Ability to understand and analyze basic functional and operating principles of basic computing products, servers, software.Skilled in Linux, WinCE, Visual C++, kernel debug.Familiar with socket programming by C or C++, and with TTY programming under Unix-like OSPlease send your resume as a word attachment.
