Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Technician III, R&D - 200068 - Maple Grove, MN - 0100 Job Description:Equipment Build Technician IIIJob Purpose:This position works independently or as a cross functional team member/lead to assist engineers, designers and customers in the development, design, build, and installation of equipment.Key Responsibilities: Proficient both mechanically and electrically in equipment build with the ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings. Possess strong troubleshooting skills. Capable of identifying potential design and/or build issues throughout a given project. Effectively manage time to maintain schedule adherence. Possess the willingness and ability to serve the role of lead technician and mentor to others. Explore and propose creative solutions based on solid rationales and contribute to the design. Organize, coordinate, and execute building of equipment and/or prototypes per Equipment Engineering SOPs and work instructions. Work with internal resources as well as external build groups to procure new equipment and/or subassemblies. Act as a technical build resource to other employees.
