Also, experience in cross-functional teambuilding, issue resolution and stakeholder experience should extend to all areas of the business. Job Experience:. Experience with managing key strategic development initiatives from conception to production. . Product Development background. . Will work closely with various people to determine project scope, create project plans, prioritize work, allocate resources, and report status. . Will be responsible for the planning and timely execution of key strategic development projects. . Support requirements from idea generation through full implementation and into production - ensuring that the developed solution adequately reflects the need. . Gather requirements for multiple concurrent projects. . Report the status of the project, accomplishments, and issues on a regular basis. . Facilitate the review and approval process for all project assets. . Schedule and conduct necessary project meetings for all assigned development projects. . Comfortable communicating with and taking input from a variety of people, including senior management. . Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. . Detail oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. . Must be able to work independently and as a member of a large team. . PMP Certified not a must, but PREFFERED especially with this hiring manager.
