Telecommunicator Department: Telecommunications Schedule: Full-time Shift: 2nd shift Hours: 2:30pm - 11pm w/ EOW rotation required Job Details: . Answers and routes all incoming hospital calls for SMM, SMO, CH. Effectively communicates to customers in a professional manner.
. Processes Physician Answering Service calls via the Infinity Call Management Computer System
. Performs emergency communication by responding to visual and sound alarms.
. Updates On-Call schedules for physicians and hospital departments.
. Contacts On-Call personnel after hours for emergencies.
. Processes telephone repair orders for users.
. Uses time effectively to achieve expected productivity and efficiency.
