Terminal Manager

Local Logistics and Transportation Support Services company is seeking a Terminal Manager. Previous experience in the transportation/ rail industry is a plus. Must be committed to safety policies and rules and willing to effectively enforce those rules. We expect our managers to employ an “out front” approach to management.

Job Skills/ Requirements:

Experience in the management of more than 50 associates

Strong leadership ability
Hire, train new associates

Provide a safe work environment for all associates

Excellent organizational/ people skills

Excellent computer skills; especially excel, word and outlook
