CRANE AMERICA SERVICES, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Demag Crane and Components Corp. is seeking resumes from qualified candidates for a Territory Manager for our CHARLESTON, WV Division.

We provide new equipment, systems as well as equipment inspections, services and repairs to our customer base. The Territory Manager is responsible to maintain and grow business.


 The Territory Manager will develop sales within his/her territory via cold calls, appointments and other account development techniques. This is a demanding, "hands-on" position that requires the ability to prioritize and complete a wide variety of management and sales-oriented activities. A great amount of interaction with customers is required. The position reports to the CHARLESTON, WV Division Manager. Compensation potential including salary and commission is limited only by your ability.

 The successful candidate will have the best combination of the following attributes:

- Highly motivated, fast paced, self starter

- Direct Industrial sales and/or operational experience, (preferably within the overhead crane & hoist industry)

- Understanding of the industrial maintenance and repair business.

- Construction subcontracting experience.

- Strong technical aptitude

- Ability to develop technical sales proposals

- Estimation skills

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Good customer relationship and negotiation skills

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary, a lucrative commission program as well as benefits that medical/dental/vision insurance and 401 K retirement savings program with company match.  A car allowance with company paid fuel is provided.
