Test Engineer



•  Analyze, design, code and implement fixtures and software for automated testing of circuit cards and system test

•  Work with design engineering on design for testability

•  Work with design engineering on developing test plans

•  Work with production personnel to implement tests into the production area

•  Work with test technicians to build test fixtures and equipment

•  Work with production personnel on rejects and day to day issues

•  Create and maintain documentation (i.e. test plans, test procedures, routings, time standards)

•  Support quality efforts

 



•  5+ years experience as a test engineer in an electronic environment

•  Must be able to analyze digital and analog circuitry

•  Must be able to design with digital and analog components

•  Must be familiar with LabView

•  Must be familiar with Windows NT environment

•  Must be familiar with automated functional test equipment

•  Must have a BS degree in electrical engineering, computer science or electrical engineering technology

•  Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing

•  Must be a team player and a self-starter
