Child and Family Services provides community- and homebased mental health services to children and families in the greater Rutland region. We create and administer programs that strengthen and preserve vulnerable families through prevention, intervention, education and advocacy. Therapeutic Case Manager, Outpatient Team

Provide mental health case management to children ages 7-14 in the home and community. Seeking individual with strong background in social work, psychology, and/or human services. Candidates should be well organized and team players. Position may also include some group work in community and school settings. Full time, Bachelor's Degree.
