Trainer (Financial)

Job Description:Large, well known Investment Bank located in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking an Instructor/Trainer who will be responsible for training clients and managing the training programs. Overview of Role . Manage training programs ranging in complexity from simple to moderate . Manage and build curricula for products and service assigned to you . Deliver programs either on-site or via web conference . Provide consultative advice to internal/ external clients on how to integrate products or services into their environment . Manage schedule: maximize time, minimize cost Day-to-Day Responsibilities . Train clients on appropriate platform . Schedule training date with clients . Responsible for understanding client environment and adapting training methods to maximize the client learning experience . Educate and train clients on operational and service procedures as well as product capabilities . Prepare training agenda that identifies who needs to attend and when they must be available for training . Develop the scope of the training ensuring potential synergies are identified and explained . Adhere to department call report standards . Comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives . Manage the training experience and insure each individual receives a feedback form . Coordinate and manage the testing of the client import/export files to ensure proper set-up . Cross-sell products and services to clients being trained . Job Experience:Experience Required . Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred . 1-3 years in a training or educational environment . In-depth knowledge and experience with products and business processes for which you are responsible to train .
