Training Administrator
Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Reference Code: US_EN_1_025273_7426206 Location: Morrisville Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Description:Adecco Employment in Durham has an immeidate need for a Training Administrator to work for a large Clinical Research company.RESPONSIBILITIES-Assist in the coordination and administration of courses offered through Learning Curve. This may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Course scheduling: conference room scheduling, equipment scheduling, conference call scheduling, equipment maintenance, materials fulfillment, and Learning Curve enrollment maintenance./Assist in the coordination and delivery of training and support materials. This may involve working with outside vendors, Business line instructors and Learning & Development training staff/Review requests for course content administration through 3rd party vendor tool. Insure completeness and accuracy of request per established SOPs. Escalate discrepancies per SOPs for resolution. Maintain list of instructors, course content authors and administrators authorized to submit content and course scheduling requests. Load courses to Learning Curve using established SOPs. Provide customer service to instructors and employees concerning course scheduling, enrollment maintenance, course content system uploads and fulfillment of training and support materials. Maintain SLAs for all transactional activities and customer service support.Job Experience:REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:-Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and managers-Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly-Good problem-solving, judgment and decisionmaking skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills-Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality-Strong attention to detail-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects:MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-High School Diploma and Higher Learning Certification.
