Thank you for your interest!The primary function of the Senior Transaction Processor is to facilitate in the support of our client, the state of Massachusettes. The incumbent will communicate, via phone and computer resources, with both state and regional contacts to notify of changes or corrections to relevant systems, documentations or processes. This position provides administrative support to business operations by performing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities. It also involves customer service support via telephone as well.May perform one or more of the following duties:Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.Uploads daily files into database to review and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.Updates ACS systems and government database to reflect necessary changes/corrections.Communicate with state and regional clients to notify of changes or corrections to systems, documentation or processes. Since this is a Senior role there may be some responsibilities of assisting with staff coverage/supervision of lower level staff as well as assisting with trainings.All other duties as assigned.SCHEDULE: Hours of operation for the site are Monday - Saturday from 8am-5pm. Days off of work will fall on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
