The incumbent is expected to work closely with other team members to ensure day-to-day tasks associated with customer deliverables are performed in a timely and accurate manner.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:May perform one or more of the following:Processing of daily client administrative workMonitor and reconcile daily exception reports to ensure timely resolution of processing errorsAssist in the research and completion of all client, participant and/or employee requestsAssist in the preparation of client reports and participant statementsProvide general support and training to other team membersAssist in both the documentation and maintenance of standard process flows, administrative summaries and operating proceduresMay also assist in the completion of special project workExecute ongoing administrative processing related to EOI admin, Age and Default Maintenance.Review and transmission of H&W vendor filesAbility to resolve and troubleshoot employee escalations through PASS EDUCATION AND TYPICAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:BA/BS; 0 – 1 years of related experience.Experience in the HR/benefits industry a plusACS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not Discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion/creed, national origin, gender, or sex, marital status, age, disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
