User Researcher

Job Description:For this position, you will use your experience conducting research for consumer web-based and client-based applications to oversee projects and identify critical usability issues at this world-renowned software company. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting usability studies Gathering and communicating user needs and behaviors through various forms of research (lab testing, online surveys, field research) Writing reports Creating user experience modules to guide the product team (personas, scenario flows, task flows) Developing test questions and usability studies Applying domain knowledge to enhance productsJob Experience: 5+ years related work experience Experience collecting and analyzing human behavioral data Experience conducting research on online products Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field Masters degree is preferred Experience in project management is preferredMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
