Primary Function To ensure the entire Allied Fleet is up-to-date with DMV registrations, permits, credentials, and state decals. A secondary function is to ensure all state fuel and mileage taxes are paid in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities • Pays all taxes/credentials pertaining to Allied Fleet • Pays all truck/car violations • Records all transaction in RTA system • Records all vehicle titles in Excel • Tracks company cars and trucks (registrations & licenses) in Excel • Communicates all required vehicle related info and procedures with branches/Ops Managers • Calculates monthly Fuel Report (IFTA) from each branch in order to pay quarterly taxes • Receives and records all vehicle transfers • Makes changes and additions to apportioned registration fleet • Helps Tax Compliance Manger with state audits • Performs other duties as assigned Professional Skills • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability solve problems quickly and efficiently • Pleasant phone personality • Knowledge of Excel and Word Experience • Three to five years of experience with trucking regulations and state motor vehicle requirements For quick consideration apply here
