Vp of Sales

The Sales Director will manage an outbound, business-to-business Sales Division, which includes 6 to 7 Sales Managers and approximately 80 to 100 New Business Sales Representatives. The Sales Director will be responsible for achieving the company revenue and profitability forecasts assigned to his/her division. The Director will be responsible for personnel decisions, managing the overall staffing of the sales division, training and development of Sales Managers and staff to effectively sell Freightquote services. Develops and executes short and long term sales strategies to increase sales volumes in accordance with the strategic direction of the company. Relies on personal sales and management experience, judgment, and industry knowledge to plan and accomplish company goals. Recommends changes to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
