WC Claims Adjuster -

Job Description:Will manage multi state WC claims reported by TPA, heavily litigated caseloads, and high exposure claims. Responsible for timely reserves, hearing/trial management. Liaison with insureds, brokers, TPA, and internal AIG contacts. Excellent communication and written skills a must. Issue timely executive Claim Summary reports to senior management.Investigate and evaluate injury and claims. Negotiate settlements as authorized.
