Warehouse Inventory Control

Job Description:

 

Provide customer service by resolving and handling all customer inquiries and requests.

Maintain inventory control and integrity with respect to inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.

Manage accuracy with respect to product rotation and storage.

Audit storage locations for physical inventory accuracy.

Manage and track all cycle counts on a daily basis.

Trouble shoot and research all discrepancies as they arise.

Problem solve customer concerns in a timely fashion; responding with a high level of detail.

 

Candidate must:

 

Be dedicated and hard working

Detail oriented

Reliable

Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel

Possess prior inventory, customer service and/or a warehouse logistics background

Work well under pressure

Understand date sensitivity; as this customer's product is a perishable commodity
