Warehouse Management

A progressive, growth oriented, 3rd party warehouse services provider, is seeking general management personnel  for our operation in the Goodyear, AZ area. We provide truck unloading and value added services for our customer's food warehouse facility. Positions are night shift, Sunday through Thursday.

We are seeking candidates who will provide leadership and direction with respect and dignity to our diversified workforce; successful management experience in the warehousing /transportation industry; a high energy level, and a positive customer service orientation. Advancement opportunities are available and relocation ability is a strong plus.

Additional position requirements include:
- P /L responsibility; identify controllable variances and take corrective action
- efficient workforce scheduling and labor controls
- recruiting, selection, and training of workforce
- provide training /development for first line supervisors
- assure safe work practices, OSHA compliance, and accident prevention
- monitor work related injuries
- manage dock receiving and pallet sorting operation
- assure accurate and timely operational reports
- maintain a positive relationship with warehouse operations management and transportation/ delivery personnel
