Job Description:Put your excellent IT troubleshooting skills to work while on-site at a worldwide, fast-paced CRM-based company! ** We pay 100% for A+ and MCSE certifications! ** ** We pay 100% of medical premiums - benefits start on Day 1 ** For this position, you will provide employees with day-to-day, hands-on technical support for printers, handheld devices, internal desktop systems, laptops, and miscellaneous software.Your responsibilities will include: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and workstations Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security Communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel Recommending hardware and software solutions Tracking requests using case management applicationsJob Experience: 2+ years related work experience Background in Windows PC or server support Experience with Exchange administration, PC security, Symantec Ghost, and hardware troubleshooting Demonstrated ability to complete a minimum number of tickets per period, based on group standards Solid customer focus Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 70 pounds Bachelors degree in Business or a related technical field Background supporting Mac and Linux is preferredYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
