Job Description Job Description:* MUST HAVE WIRELESS PHONE EXPERIENCE*We have customer support centers on a regional basis, covering our entire product line including RF repeater, Optic repeater, IF (frequency conversion) repeater, MW repeater and Ultra small repeater. Especially we are striving for customer satisfaction through our Regional Support Center and Research and Development Center home and worldwide. Required Experience:* 3-5 years in technical support* MUST HAVE experience in Field Operations, installing wireless equipment* Able to lift 50-75 lbs.* Wireless phone support* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Must be comfortable and skilled at internal as well as external reporting to customers.Familiarity with CDMA, 3g, 4g, telecom a plus.
