Job Description:This accounts payable Position Features: Business casual environment great room for growth within companies acct department great central location Great Pay up to 35K Looking for a motivated, self starting individual for high volume accounts payable position to perform a variety of tasks. Coding and data entry of invoices. Maintains all payment records accurately. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices. Responsible for performing bi-monthly check runs. Must be a good team player, work well under pressure with disputes and deadlines. Professional communication between Superintendents, Project Manager and vendors. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Telecom industry experience a HUGE plus! This position is in their corp office, professional appearance is a must.
