HVAC Senior Commercial and Residential Technician/Supervisor

Well established mechanical contractor seeks to recruit an experienced HVAC commercial and residential mechanic/supervisor. Must be comfortable working on chillers, heat pumps and geothermal systems; and working with sales, installation and management teams. Must have good supervisory skills and customer service skills.

Maintains continuity among work teams by supervising service teams and  documenting actions.

Maintains safe and clean work environment by developing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

Improves service programs by analyzing service and support failures; assist in developing and implementing new approaches and techniques; establishing service solutions.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Test and repair HVAC systems by operating system; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing parts and components.

Assist in meeting departments financial objectives.
