Through individual and team efforts, ISR’s will promote BIC products to an assigned customer base through telephone contact, utilizing technical product knowledge and sales collateral. Prior Sales experience with excellent telephone skills required. Ability to make “Cold Calls” effectively and possess a “Sales” mentality is a must. Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic required. Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) with proficiency in medium complexity task management. Must be open to future relocation. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
