If you're a highly motivated, creative sales person, who wrote the book on how to inspire retail sales and produce record results, you just might be the salesperson we're looking for.

We're FrameStore, the largest, fastest growing, independent custom framer in California. We currently have 16 stores in the greater Los Angeles area and 2 in Orange County with over 100,000 loyal clients, including world class museums, and some of the areas top artists.

We're looking for experienced sales people, committed to a career of developing long-term relationships between our clients and our sales force. If you love art and know design that's a bonus. Other important skills include:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
* Emphasis on the use of the telephone for repeat sales
* 3-5 years sales experience
* Proven ability to network and develop sales
* Experience working with a strong contact management system to ensure repeat client sales a plus

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing strategies for increasing sales
* Helping people preserve and beautifully display the most important memories of their lives.
* Development of repeat business
* Maximizing sales and gross margin through the effective execution of selling skills
* Applying selling techniques for prospective and current customers
