Card Program Administrator - Treasury

Card Program Administrator - Treasury

 

Summary:

 

As the card administrator, you will be a member of the Treasury team primarily focusing on petty cash card, Corporate T&E and AP card expenditure solutions.  This position is responsible for maintaining the current program in addition to making suggestions for enhancements. This position will have frequent interaction with Operations, Finance and a number of individuals within Regis Corporation.

 

Responsibilities:

 Maintenance of existing and new Corporate T&E cardsMaintenance of existing and new petty cash cards.  This includes but is not limited to: adjusting limits, issuing new cards and canceling cardsAssist users in understanding card usage and reasons for declinesWork with Operations to determine card limits and restrictionsWork with Card vendors to ensure appropriate restrictions are in placeImplementation and ownership of card reporting  Maintenance of a ghost card solution for accounts payable paymentsOversight of the card reward program.  Monitor and maintain reward point card valuesResponsible for the distribution of sporting event tickets to employees provided by corporateGift Card maintenance and adjustmentsManage credit card dispute requests



Requirements:

 2-year degree Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and efficient mannerStrong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work well with othersProficient in the use of Excel and WordData Entry ability Enjoy helping other people and have the ability to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to prioritize multiple tasks
