As part of our continued growth, our Indianapolis office is looking for bright, experienced people with positive attitudes to help us continue to provide the level of high quality service our clientele expects. The position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as our key customer advocate and is responsible for insuring relocations are handled professionally. Further, our Sales Support personnel provide the background support to make sure every move has the correct information and is run efficiently.

While background in our industry is a definite plus, having the proper attitude and commitment to get the job done is most important. Basic qualifications include high school graduate, strong data entry skills, with prior experience in customer contact via phone. Drug testing and background checks are conducted. Other attributes would include:

- Proactive communications skills with both internal and external customers

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to LISTEN is paramount

- Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

- Ability to work overtime (evenings and Saturdays) as necessity dictates

- Ability to work as a team member

- Self-motivated

- Experience with computerized tracking system

- Task oriented
