Job Title: Environmental Service

Job Summary: Perform the duties of a Housekeeping Janitor within a Class A Retirement campus comprising of apartments, villas, offices, dining areas, and hospital environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives verbal instructions from Environmental Services Supervisor.  Perform tasks as assigned by manager.

Keeps facilities clean in appearance, disinfected where required, and trash removed as required.  Follow set tasking to meet all codes and requirements within a retirement and hospital environment.

Manages time wisely, remains productive while working independently

Performs activity room set up operations as directed by Environmental Services Supervisor.

Qualifications: --

High School Grad/GED or 1 - 3 years cleaning experience or equivalent of combination of education and experience.

Aware of TB screening, Hepatitis screening, and exposure to blood born pathogens.

Floor care experience preferred .

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Work 1st Shift 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
