Franchise Director

A leading personal service provider, with corporate and franchise locations in Michigan, is seeking a successful Franchise Sales Director to lead the expansion of our franchise program.

 

This exciting opportunity will allow a sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to help others transform their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.  This key individual will establish relationships to help build our thriving franchise system.

 

As a member of our management team, the Franchise Director will work out of our headquarters in Flint, MI and report directly to the President.

 

This position requires a blend of skills and experience to manage and develop our franchise system and communicate the company’s vision and mission in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

 

This position is also responsible for creating the market area strategic business plan that will drive our growth, as well as market our franchise system throughout the state of Michigan.

 

The right candidate will possess:Proven skills in strategic and tactical sales, business development, planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the franchise enterprise. Experience and knowledge in all facets of franchising from inquiry to closing Professionalism Customer Service skills Strong communication skills Willingness to learn new skills Ability to be innovative and self-motivated Ability to think on your feet Ability to operate in a sometimes stressful environment

 

Responsibilities will include:Expansion of franchise network through lead generation, networking and other marketing avenues Management of acquisition from candidate inquiry to ongoing operations.  Including site approvals; equipment purchases; product acquisition; marketing; and other start up activities. Providing direct operational support to franchisees through meetings, telephone calls, on-site visits, etc. Liason with General Manager of corporate locations for uniform and seamless operations Business consulting with franchisees Ongoing marketing support services
