HR Coordinator
THE POSITION

If so, Netflix may have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for someone to provide HR support for our HR Business Partners supporting our Operations hubs nationwide.
The successful candidate thrives in a highly detailed environment, has a strong process focus and a high personal standard for excellence in their work. This candidate combines a start-up mindset with an ability to function at a professional level, building and maintaining relationships in support of multi-site and remote workforce. We'll expect this person to take full ownership of the position, drill down to understand it from all aspects and learn how all of our HR systems work with one another. We need a candidate who can learn a process, analyze it to make sure it makes sense and then follow the process with no errors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all steps of the temp-to-hire conversion process, including:
Review temp agency monthly eligibility list
Request and manage hub location hiring recommendations
Review and update background investigation status
Notify managers, agency and internal partners of conversion status
Track and ensure submission of online conversion form for all approved hires
Provide reporting of confirmed conversions to agency and internal partners
Collect and review all new hire paperwork for Operations, both direct hire and conversions.
Work with location managers and business partners to ensure all missing or incomplete items are addressed timely, prior to forwarding completed packets to HR Services for processing.
Provide quarterly reporting and trends to business partners for all UI claims activity
Create ad hoc reports such as birthday lists for each of the hubs
Manage process of all hub openings and relocations, including vendor notification, welcome kit and supplies routing.
Manage new manager set-up for all vendor systems, such as background checks and work injury reporting
Coordinate materials distribution for hub locations, including new hire and term packets, employee handbooks, and safety literature.
Generate all offer letters for positions that do not require driver qualification processing, such as Central Operations and Equipment Technician positions.
Generate other correspondence on behalf of the HR team
Provide back up support to the HR team - including incoming calls and emails
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
2-4 years of relevant HR or related experience.
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem solving experience in a process oriented and/or administrative role.
Maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills.
Exceptional, professional communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
