Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Manager of Human Resources

Strong leader to head up HR for a multi million dollar company.  This is a highly visible role that will influence and support senior management. As a valued business partner you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business.

 

Primary Duties:Compensation plan design and implementation. Determines and recommends policies and procedures to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale. Develop and deploy HR strategies. Build and maintain effective working relationships to provide advice and counsel on both employee-related and organization matters. Ensure HR compliance. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Work with top management to develop short- and long-term HR policies, plans, and priorities. HR forecasting and budgeting. Leading and developing HR personnel.

 

Requirements:

· 10+ years HR experience

· 2 + years management experience

· BS/BA required.

· Advanced degree a plus but not essential.

· SPHR/PHR a plus but not essential.

· Strong strategic exp essential.

· Multi state/locations experience essential. 

· Needs someone that takes a hands on approach to do the work as well as be a strategic thinker.
