This will include maintaining buildings and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, and general light repairs. Maintenance includes general labor, and "handy-man" skills. Primarily responsible to keep the facility in a clean, structural, cosmetic and orderly condition at all times. Also responsible for training & supervising other custodial staff, maintaining inventory and equipment as needed.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years as lead custodian. Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, detail oriented, able to multi task and who can work independently as well as follow directions with attention to detail.
