Manager ' DistributionAs Manager of Distribution, the ideal candidate will provide operational and strategic leadership in a high volume order fulfillment environment. You will need to manage and motivate supervisors and order processing staff to achieve department productivity and safety goals. Responsibilities will include all activities related to order filling, stock replenishment, productivity, accuracy (order picking and inventory), budget preparation, and equipment and systems operation. This position will have strong interaction with Customer Service, Credit and other logistical departments. Strong leadership, analytical, project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive organization are essential. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP a plus. In-depth knowledge of LED picking systems and high speed automated sortation is essential.
