Job duties Review e-mail generated sales leads Take in-coming calls from potential clients Qualify sales leads  Respond to all sales inquiries in a timely manner  Provide moving quotes Answers questions and explain the relocation process Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives Clearly and accurately communicate customers’ needs and expectations to sales representatives Maintain appointment calendars for outside sales representatives Provide timely follow up with potential customers  Enters data, update, and maintains client relationship management (CRM) system on a daily basis

 

Job Qualifications  Solid customer service and inside sales background  Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent data entry skills Proven ability to successfully manage workflow in a high-demand work environment Knowledge of the moving industry/relocation process is preferred   Basic computer experience  High School Diploma
