We are seeking an individual with leadership skills who has past experience in direct sales. Insurance, cosmetic, and security sales professionals do well in our field.

We currently have an opening in our Little Rock, AR market for a highly motivate individual who has the skills to lead and manage a team of professionals to serve families in our community. The responsibilities of this unique opportunity include, but are not limited to the following;

 Implement and supervise the sales program in such a manner as to achieve and exceed sales goals within established budgets.Recruit, hire, and train new sales representativesSupervise activities of sales representatives to maximize individual and team performanceConduct daily meetings with staff to motivate, inform, and educateControl and manage the activities and results associated with company generated leads and prospectsReport weekly and monthly on sales representatives activities and results and actions to improve performance as neededAudit sales proficiency of representatives through regular monitoring of their presentations and sales metricsWork with other management personnel in the development of strategies, marketing plans, and budgets as requestedProduce personal sales as needed for market to achieve sales goals

 

Requirements;

· At least 5 years sales experience

· Previous management experience in a sales environment

· Excellent planning, organization and project management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as motivational and training skills

· Above average skills with Microsoft Office suite. CRM database knowledge is a plus

· High School diploma

· Must pass background screening

· Reliable transportation required
