MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUBS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks an experienced Spa Director for our prestigious athletic club in Weston, Florida.

Position Summary

 

Our Spa Directors are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an integral part of our team you will have a positive impact on our club and the lives of others by:

 

· Acting as a positive role model and providing leadership to our team of spa/salon professionals

· Ensuring highest standards of service are provided to our members

· Marketing and promoting spa/salon services

· Overseeing department budget

· Providing in-house training to spa associates 

· Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

 

Our most successful Spa Directors are:

 

· Licensed in massage therapy, cosmetology, esthetician and/or nail technology 

· Possess at least three years of proven success as a hands-on Spa Director

· Have strong leadership abilities with a competitive spirit 

· Are highly customer service minded and confident decision-makers

· Sincerely enjoy helping others improve their sense of well-being

· Possess a comprehensive understanding of spa/salon operations with a strong business aptitude
