The intern will be assisting in the development of content for a new Middle Grades Social Studies program, The intern will be responsible for collecting and analyzing research data for use in graphs and charts, and will be assisting with Map specifications as well as other research assistance. ?æ Computer skills- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)?æ Major: Social Sciences, History, Government, Political Science ?æ Strong research Skills?æ Good Communication?æ Organization Skills?æ Ability to work under pressure and facing deadlines?æ Ability to follow through with assigned tasks?æ Ability to work with others at all levels within the organization?æ Adaptable and flexible; a strong interest in education and/or publishing.This is a paid position ($13 an hour) and begins early summer.
