Merrill is currently seeking an experienced Account Services Representative for our New York City location.The individual in this role will:-function as “service ambassador” for Merrill by determining the scope of project-outline plan of action-act as liaison with clients, sales, peers and other members of operations team-consult and advise clients on workflow and/or job production process-develop and maintain high profile and complex client relationships-effectively anticipate and resolve client needs and expectations Skills:-Financial Services and Commercial Print/Fulfillment experience preferred-strong customer service orientation-data entry skills -solid verbal and written communication skills-experience working in firm deadline-driven environments-ability to multi-task and work independently-college degree preferredCompetitive salary and full benefits package to include: medical, dental, life, disability and 401k plans.
