Accounts Payable Clerk

One of Tampa Bay's largest direct marketing companies has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team.

 



The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience with accounts payable processing, strong time management and organization skills.  Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and Lawson Accounting Software a plus.

 



Responsibilities include daily processing of vendor invoices, including coding and P.O. matching, preparing/ processing check runs for signature, maintaining A/P files, preparing various weekly spreadsheets for analysis, assist with month-end closing, various A/P projects.
