Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Accountant

Are you ready for a fantastic opportunity? Sandow Media is a successful, entrepreneurial, rapidly-growing publisher of NEWBEAUTY Magazine, Luxe Magazines and a complete series of Perfect Home books. As a result of our rapid growth, a position is open as part of our accounting and finance team.

As Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Accountant you will work as a member of a close-knit hard working financial team. Your job is to provide the actual processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable data.   

You will be expected to:

- Assist with billing

- Entering advertising contracts

- Creating and maintenance of client files

- Processing daily cash receipts and credit card transactions

- Entering Accounts Payable invoices

- Matching of invoices to checks

- Assist with expense report processing

- Assist with other duties as required

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field is preferred not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and knowledge in Admate and Great Plains Accounting a PLUS.
