NEW YORK AD SALES

 

Smithsonian Publishing, a division of the Smithsonian Institution seeks a seasoned advertising sales representative based in our NY office.  We are looking for an individual who is as passionate as we are about culture, travel, the arts and sciences and can bring them to life through our multi-media offerings including 3 magazines, 4 websites, live events and television.  Qualified candidates will have 6+ years experience in media sales or a combination of media sales and advertising agency planning/buying for blue chip national consumer brands.  You must be an energetic multi-tasker with the demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory within the NY/Tri-state area, and have a proven track record of maintaining solid client relationships.
