Administrative Coordinator

SourceMedia’s Business Technology Group is seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills to coordinate the essential support tasks affiliated with the Sales staff. Responsibilities include keeping a record of insertion orders, weekly proofing of spreadsheets supplied by billing and finance, check DART to monitor monthly campaigns, maintaining the database, coordinating barter agreements, and working with production to coordinate ads with production along with production trafficking.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and the ability to multi-task and communicate internally, as well as with customers on a daily basis. They must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel required and knowledge of Microsoft CRM is a plus.
