This position is responsible for the following:Supervision of a staff of accountants and clerksOversee the month end closing process for advertising revenueEnsure accurate reporting of revenue and accurate billing of customersResponsible for maintenance/operation of advertising billing system (Mactive)General ledger account reconciliationInteraction with Systems/Production/Sales on various projectsAdministration of commission payroll system Responsible for compliance with SOX documentation and controlsResearching and resolving billing discrepanciesReport writing, financial reporting and analysis
