Advertising & Marketing Coordinator, Equine Group

Job Summary and Responsibilities: Coordinates activities within advertising sales, including order entry, administrative support for sales staff, prepare marketing materials & reports  1 Order entry·  Responsible for input of advertising orders into company billing/accounting system (MSG)·  Prepare MSG reports as requested 2 Administrative support·  Provide assistance to Sales Representatives ·  Prepare and coordinate mailings·  Arrange travel schedules and reservations·  Process expense reports·  Provide telephone coverage·  Other duties and tasks as assigned  3 Marketing support for advertising sales  ·  Assist with maintaining & implementing sponsorship contracts  and related (trade) ad duties  ·  Assist with related marketing editorial (partner ads, show PA announcements, house ads)·  Assist with production of promotional collateral materials – brochures, PowerPoint presentations and mailercards, email blasts, etc.  ·  Coordinate trade show logistics and related marketing activities (budgets, logistics and vendor contacts for various projects)  ·  Track competitor advertising, maintain up-to-date information and develop & distribute reports monthly Education/Experience:·  College degree or equivalent·  1-2 years administrative and/or customer service and/or marketing experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:·  Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel a plus·  Effective organizational skills·  Motivational self-starter with attention to detail·  Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills·  Equine experience a plus Equipment/ Software Used:·  Microsoft Office, especially Excel·  MSG (advertising order entry system)·  Adobe Acrobat·  Web based marketing tracking engines·  Photoshop, PowerPoint and/or other graphic program knowledge a plus About UsSource Interlink Companies is a leading marketing, merchandising, content and fulfillment company of entertainment products, including DVDs, music CDs, magazines, books and related items.
