Assistant Finance Manager- In Style, Essence and Real Simple

The Asst. Finance Manager for the Financial Shared Services Group supporting Essence, In Style and Real Simple (team of two assistant managers) will be responsible for the following:

•Preparation of the compensation budget and monthly forecasts, including monthly variance analysis of actuals to budget/forecast
•Monthly review of temporary employee hot list including communication to business units of any issues
•Review, approval and submission of all employee administration new hire/change forms
•Preparation of special fee file
•Communication of temporary employee time sheet and employee time card deadlines to title business office
•Monthly review and distribution of headcount and employee recap reports to title business offices
•Preparation of journal entries, as needed
•Assist Shared Services Financial Director with ASIP and AIP projections and balance sheet recons, as needed
•Provide backup to other Asst. Finance Manager
