Associate Circulation Planning Manager

Rodale Inc. is currently seeking an Associate Circulation Planning Manager who will manage the Men’s Health circulation model and provide guidance to the Men’s Health consumer marketing manager to ensure rate base and revenue targets are met. Additionally, manage the suite of databases and spreadsheets used to support marketing, forecasting and rate base management. This position is based in Emmaus, PA.

Responsibilities include:

·  Maintain circulation model integrity and accuracy.

·  Develop and maintain circulation Access databases necessary for circulation management, marketing and fulfillment.

·  Circulation P&L analyses.

·  Manage the flow and accuracy of data between IT, fulfillment, finance and reporting systems.

·  Troubleshoot and repair errors in existing databases and workbooks.

·  Run circulation model reports.

·  Maintain accuracy and integrity of data through linked databases, spreadsheets and model reports.

·  Work with IT to develop systems to improve processes.

·  Assist circulation directors with forecasting and budgeting.

·  Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

·  Ad hoc reporting and financial analyses.

Ideal candidate will possess:

·  Extremely strong Access and Excel skills

·  Bachelor’s degree required

·  Must have quantitative and logic aptitude, attention to detail and ability to clearly summarize complex analyses

·  Desire to learn circulation and circulation modeling
