Associate Marketing Manager, Inserts/Customer Service - PEOPLE

PEOPLE Magazine is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to have a substantial impact on the title’s consumer marketing business by working on both its insert card program and customer service. Insert cards are one of PEOPLE’s most profitable sources of business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, campaign analysis, monthly reconciliations and budgeting. By working on customer service, you will have a high-profile role as the key liaison with our fulfillment center, ensuring that all marketing programs are customer-friendly and appropriate for the PEOPLE brand. You will be responsible for identifying broad opportunities to enhance the experience of the PEOPLE customer. This role will enable you to expand your marketing skills, since you will gain exposure to all marketing sources and understand the key motivations of the PEOPLE customer. You will also be working on cross-sell promotions for PEOPLE and PEOPLE StyleWatch. The ideal candidate must be innovative, able to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, have strong analytical and communication skills, be detail oriented, and organized. Proficiency in Excel is a must. Position reports to the Marketing Manager.
