We focus on secure network connectivity, document access, distribution and storage.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to exceed sales goals Achievement of annual objectives and implementation of plans and policies for assigned accounts in harmony and adherence with corporate and region mandated policies Plan, coach, train, advise and review with team members their progress in accomplishing individual and team revenue goals Promote ongoing development and training for all staff members to ensure long-term success of individual team members, while building a strong and satisfied customer base Develop solid business relationships with new and current customers Interview and hire team members in accordance with salary and compensation plan structures Respond quickly and appropriately to all deviations in sales activity and/or results Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, quotas and other projections as needed Make sales calls and/or accompany team member on sale calls  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Minimum of 3-5 years successful sales management experience, MUST BE industry related 3-5 years related sales experience (copiers/printers preferred, but we would also like to hear from applicants with a history of success selling in other high tech industries such as computer hardware/software, telecommunications or technology solutions) Proven success identifying target markets and potential customers Superior consultative solution selling skills Presentation, organization and interpersonal skills that set you apart Excellent customer service, employee relation and mathematical skills PC hardware and software expertise and a strong knowledge of all aspects of general office computing are required History of Job stabilityMUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN HISTORY OF MANAGING A SALES TEAM This position will be located in the Mt.
