Serve as a high-level liaison with Circulation Marketing on projects requiring multiple department input, involved strategies and/or complex operational requirements. Assemble and lead project teams as required, facilitate interdepartmental meetings and coordinate efforts between operational and technology participants. Assure key fulfillment elements are tested, processing procedures are in place and policies/scripting provided to fulfillment and service groups prior to start. Participate in internal project teams tasked with replacing current fulfillment systems and revamping core fulfillment processes over the next two years. Perform more routine development duties by supporting assigned Marketing groups on a day-to-day basis. Update online mainframe tables used to control subscription rates and other fulfillment drivers as part of the new program setup process. Assure new programs are clearly communicated to fulfillment and service groups by updating an online marketing program database and participating in regularly scheduled meetings. Run reports to review the accuracy of initial orders and perform other audit functions to measure overall quality of new program fulfillment.Position Requirements:2-4 years relevant experience in leading business development projects. Strong research and analytical skills. Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office software (including Access) and reporting software (such as Cognos). Excellent organizational skills. Strong time-management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Competent people skills and ability to represent the department in a highly professional manor. Ability to work independently, take initiative and make sound decisions in performance of duties. 4-year college degree in business or related major preferred..
