DescriptionWe are seeking a CSR/Print Coordinator to be part of an onsite team in a retail grocery environment.  To qualify for this position, the applicant must have a thorough understanding of the ad production process and have a passion for detail.  Ad proofing experience and a background in retail or grocery is a plus.  Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory; basic Photoshop skills are a plus.  An understanding or intense desire to learn a PDF workflow is essential.  Additional responsibilities and qualities include: Responsible for confirming and accurately communicating all versioning support information required in the circular process. Ensure the timely delivery of all sales plan information per schedule. Ensure that the sales plan information provided is complete. Actively pursue missing sales plan information. Actively resolve sales plan conflicts. Actively identify and support the procuring of new/missing art or graphics. Identify, understand and communicate all promotional programs associated to an effort. Proof, review and maintain accurate data/information for the entire job effort. Assist in the preparation and communication of all press run information. Learn new technologies implemented or deployed into the workflow. Assist with any necessary training on the customer's behalf. Attend Pre-Plan and Merchandiser Meetings as requested. Effectively communicate any issues to the site manager. Must posses a strong WIT! (Whatever It Takes attitude), to meet and exceed customer expectations. Adherence to schedules and instilling a sense of urgency in every aspect of your interaction with others will define your ability to succeed.
