CUSTOMER SERVICE - Printing / Promotional Products

Growing San Fernando Valley Commercial Printer and Promotional products distributor is seeking a candidate to handle customer service requirements and manage complex printing projects.  Successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized and dedicated.  Serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers.  Take responsibility for making judgments and discretionary decisions that affect the operation of the organization and effectively communicate those judgments to the customer. Must also be responsible for clearly and accurately communicating customer requirements to co-workers and vendors.

· Manage Large Customer Fulfillment Projects

· 3+ years of printing and/or promotional products industry

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Extensive computer skills with MS Office and ability to rapidly become proficient in new systems

· Serve as primary contact with customers and main information source

· Identify, negotiate and schedule job-specific outside services

· Daily Tasks include job estimating, job scheduling coordinating and sourcing vendors.

· Day to day details must be executed with a sense of urgency and a high degree of accuracy
